Next Task- find homes for the two remaining SewerKitties.

Fishyface and Neato, roughly five and seven months old respectively, were originally intended to be rebel cats (that is to say without any one owner). However, I have realized that I am the only one who has taken any sort of responsibility for their care, and this house has become so painfully disgusting that I am not leaving behind any living thing for which I am responsible. I left overnight yesterday and see no evidence that they were fed.

Anyway, since I'm leaving in TWELVE DAYS and leaving the city in three, I need to find these kitties a home. Both I and they would prefer that they not be separated. If you or someone you know can spare the room and the love for two beautiful, friendly, fixed, and well-socialized kittens, PLEASE contact me either by replying to this post or by emailing me at nathen at rudemechanicals dot com.

I also need to find either a temporary or a permanent home for Soma- a four year-old, long haired black cat that was left in my care after someone moved out a few months ago. She's also beautiful and friendly and I am willing to either re-home her completely, or just have someone foster her until I get back, as I am doing with Dr. Motorcycle.

I will be leaving for Philly, where I will spend the remaining time before the ride, on Wednesday and can deliver them anywhere between here and there by then. I am also leaving this public so that you may link to it if you wish.

I know that photos would be great in this particular situation, but I'm not sure that I have a way to do that right now. I'll see what I can do.

I'm way, way, way behind on all things internet, and I'm not sure that I plan on catching up. I have other things to do, so email or something if there's something I need to know.

Many adventures to recount later, but know ahead of time that I've really, really slacked in the picture-taking department. Also, we may have just adopted a kitty.

I know I've done this before (since I made it up and all), but it's been ages and my friends list has grown quite a bit since the last time. Feel free to play again.

Correction: yard sale is sunday.

Out of surgery and doing awesomly. Kinda drugged, but....way stoked.

My cell phone is spazzing out a bit. Sometimes I get incoming calls, sometimes I don't and when I do, it shuts itself off after a few minutes of talking. I also can't seem to send or receive text messages without a bunch of error messages. So, um. I'll be checking email quite a bit for the next few days until I get a new one.

I've got my crazy English cousin, Darren, here once again, and since it's raining like crazy, we were looking for stuff to do indoors, and we stumbled across the laser tag option.

So, tonight. 6pm. Shadowland in Columbia. Let me know if you're coming!

Nevermind. Shadowland seems to not be functioning so well today. We're going to try bowling tomorrow.
